Tell us what happened, which iPhone and iOS version you use, and the steps that led to the problem. Never include passwords, identification numbers, or confidential school records.

Widgets

Touch and hold the Home or Lock Screen, choose Edit, add a widget, and search for StudyOrbit.

Live Activity

Open Today and tap “Show today on Lock Screen.” Live Activities must be allowed in iOS Settings.

Always-On

Supported iPhones show widgets and Live Activities in a dimmed state when Always-On Display is enabled. StudyOrbit cannot force the screen to stay on.

Delete data

Open StudyOrbit Settings and select “Erase all StudyOrbit data,” or remove the app and its extensions.
